Effective July 2010 – Some updated State Fee Changes have occurred. Please note the following State fee changes have occurred:

New York Court Administration has raised their criminal fee to $65 each (This affects only the counties within the NYOC) These counties are as follows: Allegheny, Bronx, Brooklyn, Cayuga, Clinton, Cortland, Franklin, Hamilton, Kings, Lewis, Manhattan, Nassau, New York, Ontario, Orleans, Queens, Richmond, Seneca, Staton Island, Washington, Wayne, & Yates.

State of Hawaii- Motor Vehicle Report fee $23.00

State of Oklahoma- Motor Vehicle Report fee $27.50

Riverside County, CA- $1.00 per criminal search

The above fees are new laws within the States/Counties that have gone into effect. Please call if you have any questions.
