Please expect delays in Georgia searches and the surrounding areas due to the storm. The Governor of Georgia has declared a state of emergency and most government offices throughout the state are closed. Dallas County had a major flooding incident at the Dallas County records building Monday (Memorial Day). As a result, no one has been able to conduct criminal searches, including the clerks, since the incident. The backup systems should be operational possibly late today or tomorrow, and the good news is that reportedly no data was lost. We will closely monitor the situation and complete pending criminal searches as soon as possible.

Arizona Driving Record State Fee will change 5/1/2010

Effective May 1st, 2010 the state fee for Arizona will increase for the Uncertified record from $4.25 to $6.00 and for the Certified record from $6.25 to $8.00.
