True Hire, providers of background check, exit interview, drug screening and fingerprinting services, placed 56th in the 2018 Weatherhead 100 Awards. This was the company’s first time placing in the main “Weatherhead 100” category, showing its exponential growth over the past five years.

The Weatherhead 100 is an award given by the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management to recognize Northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurs. It honors growing companies that exhibit leadership and success in the region. The awards are given for three categories: Upstart, Weatherhead 100 and Centurion.
True Hire came in 12th place in 2016 and 16th in 2017 for the Upstart category. True Hire is excited for its third consecutive win.

The management and sales team attended the black tie awards banquet on November 29, 2018 at the Hilton Downtown Cleveland.
True Hire continues to be humbled by its ongoing success and is incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff and loyal customers who make this growth possible. Last year has been the best since opening its doors in 1995, and True Hire is hoping 2019 follows suit.
