Uniontown, OH – October 6, 2016 – True Hire, a full-service employment, volunteer and nanny screening provider, has been selected as one of Northeast Ohio’s fastest-growing companies.
Every year, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University honors the top fastest-growing 100 companies in Northeast Ohio with awards in three different categories: Upstart, Weatherhead 100, and Centurion. The prestigious Upstart award recognizes fast-growing companies with 15 or fewer employees or net sales of less than $5 million last year.
Stephanie Froelich, vice president of operations at True Hire, explained what winning the Weatherhead 100 Upstart award means to the company.
“Earning the Weatherhead 100 Upstart award is a very thrilling accomplishment for True Hire,” said Froelich. “We are proud to be recognized for all of the hard work and dedication that all of our staff has [had] for the background check industry over the years, so it’s very exciting.”

The Weatherhead 100 was established in 1988 to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship in Northeast Ohio and to recognize companies leading the way in contributing to the economic success of Northeast Ohio. The elite group of companies selected as winners are the best example of leadership, growth and success in the region, according to the Weatherhead 100 website.
Jenn Yania, director of background investigations at True Hire, explained what winning the Weatherhead 100 Upstart award means for True Hire’s employees and clients.
“It shows our current employees and even our future employees that they’re working for a company that’s committed to growing and providing opportunities to grow with,” stated Yania. “For our clients I think it shows that we are dedicated to just being a leader in our industry.”
